With that background, I make sure that you are not only aware of any possible damage in a home, but I can accurately estimate what it may cost you to fix. This gives you more power as a buyer or seller as you will be aware of any possible risks before you begin a transaction. It also allows my clients to see what home repairs are major and which are minor as well as helps educate you on which maintenance items are important.
